No. BizXtract is a Windows desktop application. This website provides product information, free-tier and license services, checkout, and operational crawl configuration for the desktop app.
Does BizXtract only collect Google Maps data?
No. Map listings are the discovery source, but optional website enrichment can inspect each available business website for supported public email addresses and social-profile links.
What business data can BizXtract extract from Google Maps?
Where available on a listing, BizXtract can collect business name, category, phone number, street address and location context, website, opening hours, rating details, and a listing or map reference. Availability varies by listing.
Will every business include an email address?
No. Enrichment depends on whether the listing has a working website and whether that website publicly exposes a supported email or social link. BizXtract records what it can locate; it cannot create unavailable data.
Does BizXtract export leads to CSV or another format?
Yes. BizXtract prepares structured lead rows in the desktop results table and supports portable export so you can move listing and website enrichment data into research, qualification, sales operations, or compliant outreach workflows.
Is BizXtract available only for Windows?
Yes. The current BizXtract product is a Windows desktop application. macOS and web versions are not offered at this time.
Who is BizXtract for?
BizXtract is built for sales teams, agencies, local SEO researchers, and operators who need repeatable local-business lead lists with optional public email and social-link enrichment—without turning the tool into a full CRM.
Why does checkout say MapCrawler?
BizXtract is the new public brand. The current executable, technical project name, checkout, and license emails are still being transitioned from MapCrawler, so both names may appear temporarily. MapCrawler licenses are for the BizXtract desktop product.
Can crawl rules be updated after installation?
Supported operational settings—such as selectors, timeouts, browser arguments, and extraction patterns—can be served remotely to installed clients. Binary feature updates remain a separate application-release process.
Is BizXtract affiliated with Google?
No. BizXtract is an independent desktop tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Users are responsible for following applicable website terms, laws, and communication rules.
